    By training with David from Confidence Personal Training, I’ve been able to reach a lot of my fitness goals. My main fitness goal was to tone up, and by specific weight training with David, I’ve been able to build up on my upper body strength.     I found the service that David provided fun, and I enjoyed the social side to it as I got to know David throughout the weeks that went on. My main achievements throughout the time was that I managed to gain 8 kg of muscle mass, in 6 months of training with David and towards the end of it, I actually started to get a lot more muscle definition on my body. Definitely recommend the service to anyone who’s thinking of joining. It’s great fun, hard work, but definitely worth the go!
