Q: What are the Confidence Personal Training Packages?

A: The the Confidence Personal Training packages are all 12 week online programs. They are a combination of strength, circuit style training, high intensity interval training, and cardiovascular exercise recommendations. Upon purchase you will receive an email invite to your client dashboard where you can see your training program with exercise tutorial videos, your customized nutrition plan, online support groups and progress check ins.

Q: How many weeks do the Confidence Personal Training programs run for?

A: We recommend you follow this program for 12 weeks and then re-purchase the next phase of your program to prevent your body from plateauing and to ensure you to continue to progress.

Q: How long does each workout last?

A: I recommend you allow a minimum of 45-60 minutes for each workout.

Q: Is each program that I purchase different?

A: Each time you purchase a new training package you will receive a new training program designed to keep you progressing and improving your body, health, and fitness.

Q: Once purchased, how long does it take to receive my program?

A: Once purchased, I will endeavor to have your program sent to you within 4 days, however please allow up to 7 days to receive your program.

Q: Is your program available worldwide?

A: Yes, our programs are available worldwide. All purchases are provided to your through my mobile app or website log in.

Q: What currency do I purchase the programs in?

A: All packages and products that are purchased on the Confidence Personal Training website are in USD.

Q: Will this program help me with fat loss?

A: Most definitely!

Q: If I have allergies or food intolerance’s, can I still follow the Recommended Nutritional Plan?

A: There are vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options within the nutrition plan.

Q: Do I need to track my macro nutrients?

A: Tracking macro-nutrients is proven to work, I recommend you track your meals, even if its just for a little while to get a good understanding of what each food contains and appropriate serving sizes.

Q: How old do I need to be to follow a Confidence Personal Training program?

A: Unfortunately it is our policy that we do not offer online training to people under the age of 18 years old.

Q: Are the programs generic or customised?

A: Once you purchase my online training packages, you will be directed to complete an online pre-exercise questionnaire. Once you fill out all the specific requirements it is sent back to David where he will assess you based on your answers and write a customised training program especially for you.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?

A: We highly recommend to follow your program from a gym as you will have access to a greater range of equipment.

Q: If I workout from home, what equipment do I need?

A: If you choose to workout from home, we highly recommend you to have a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and a kettle bell if possible.

Q: How many days a week do I need to train?

A: The number of days you train is up to you, however we recommend a minimum of 3 days per week to achieve optimal results.

Q: Are these programs only designed for women, or can men follow these programs?

A: The Confidence Personal Training programs have been designed especially for women.

Q: How long will it take for me to start seeing results?

A: If you are following the program as prescribed, you will start to feel stronger, fitter and healthier almost immediately and you will start to see physical changes after the first 3-4 weeks of your training.

Q: What do you think about fat burners and pre workouts?

A: I do not endorse the use of any pre-workout or fat-burners aside from simple Coffee or Green Tea. My approach to supplementation is natural wherever possible.
